Translate official documents, emails, reports, and presentations from Chinese to English and vice versa. Coordinate with the Production team to monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth execution of production plans. Facilitate effective communication between Chinese Management and local employees. Prepare and submit daily work reports to the Chinese Management and communicate important operational or workforce-related issues. Review workers' monthly attendance records and assist in resolving attendance-related issues. Attend project and management meetings to provide language support and assist in operational discussions. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Assist the Chinese Manager during the onboarding and orientation of newly recruited employees. Support the Chinese Management in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
