Market : US and Canada Industry : Insurance Job Description: As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with potential customers, qualify leads, answer questions, and perform administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish Qualify potential leads and prospects Make live transfers when appropriate Respond to client questions and provide accurate information Schedule meetings and appointments Maintain customer records and online spreadsheets Update and manage information accurately in company systems Requirements Technical Requirements Laptop or desktop computer Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma, Sequoia, or Tahoe Mac users: Apple M1 chip or newer only. Intel-based Macs are not accepted RAM: Minimum 12 GB CPU: Minimum 6,000 PassMark CPU benchmark score Internet: Reliable fiber-optic internet connection Skills & Qualifications Excellent command of both English and Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling objections and using persuasive communication skills Comfortable engaging in natural conversation and small talk Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the company Schedule Full-time 5 days per week 9-hour shifts 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Please ensure that you are available to work during these hours before applying.
