We are currently seeking a fluent French & English Interpreter to join our growing team. In this role, you will support communication between our patients, doctors, and administrative departments, helping us deliver a smooth, professional, and reassuring patient experience from arrival through follow-up. Key Responsibilities • Support international patients throughout every stage of their treatment journey. • Facilitate clear communication between patients, doctors, and clinic departments. • Provide interpretation during medical consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments. • Translate verbal and written communications as needed. • Respond to patient inquiries and provide clear, accurate information. • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience. • Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to support daily clinic operations. Requirements • Fluency in French and English; Turkish is an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in interpretation, translation, customer service, or medical tourism is preferred. • Flexibility to work additional hours when required by operational needs.
