Job description

Our product-first, tech-led approach brings transparency, scale, and trust to a complex global ecosystem. To support our global growth, we’re building scalable localization and content operations powered by smart processes, automation, and AI-first thinking. We’re now looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Global Expansion team and help drive execution across multiple international markets. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage end-to-end localization and geo-expansion projects across multiple global markets Build, maintain, and own project plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com, or similar Coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal stakeholders, freelancers, and outsourced teams Ensure all geo-specific outputs meet quality, consistency, brand, and SEO standards Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and status updates to ensure management visibility Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to help scale localization and content operations efficiently Adopt and champion an AI-first approach to productivity, QA, and workflow automation You’re a Fit If You Have: 2–4 years of experience in project management (experience in localization, content, or marketing projects is a strong plus) Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello) Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel High technical curiosity and comfort working with data, automation tools, and AI-powered processes Proven experience working with freelancers or outsourced teams; experience managing international teams is a big advantage A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is a must, additional languages are a plus Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Global scope — make an impact across multiple markets, languages, and cultures Fast-moving environment with real ownership and autonomy Collaborative, high-caliber team that values initiative, innovation, and results Bonus points if you’re passionate about sports, music, and live events Show more Show less
