General Summary The Dubbing and Sub-titling coordinator is responsible for daily coordination of the language services work for Network’s linear and digital goals. The position will directly report to the Dub/Sub Supervisor. Core Responsibilities Daily coordination of language services with third party vendors. Tracking of content during the process to ensure timeliness are met. Review of programming grids with library content to ensure content requirements are planned. Tracking services by vendor and preparing reporting against budget assumptions. In house revision / adjustment of library content to meet standards. Ad hoc/special projects. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities System knowledge of sub-title software tools. Ability to review process with third party vendors and ensure quality of deliverables Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented. Strong communication skills verbal and written. Ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize. Team player. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent Spanish and Intermediate English is a must.
