Position: Tamang Language Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $40 - $95/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Transcribe Tamang-language video content accurately with clear timestamps. Analyze emotional undertones and expressivity in video materials. Conduct detailed grammar, syntax, and tone assessments of spoken Tamang. Provide definitions and explanations of unique words, idioms, and expressions. Edit and refine language data for clarity and linguistic accuracy. Collaborate remotely and adhere to deliverable expectations. Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in Tamang with professional-level English. Experience in translation, linguistic analysis, or professional editing involving Tamang and English. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyze emotion, tone, and speaker intent in natural language materials. Experience with audio or video transcription in a bilingual context.
