Prepare for meetings by reviewing agendas, documents, and technical terminology. Translate JIRA tickets between Japanese and English. Support translation of platforms, manuals, and training materials. Review translated content and perform quality-control checks for accuracy and consistency. Translate technical concepts related to IT implementations, data transfers, API payloads, software integrations, and development processes . Work closely with IT and software development teams to ensure accurate technical communication. Support client-facing teams with translation of client communications, requirements, and feedback. Provide culturally appropriate language support and help maintain strong client relationships. 🔹 Requirements Native-level Japanese proficiency and fluent English. Experience in meeting interpretation and document translation. Experience reviewing translations and performing quality control. Strong communication and client-service skills. Comfortable working from a client office. Nice to have: Familiarity with IT/software, implementations, data transfers, APIs, payloads, or integration processes.
